Upgrade bug(?) + Screenshot

Hey guys, have had this happen at least once before. The item I'm trying to upgrade maxes out on Tech points and shows 100% but am unable to upgrade it without using another Tech and more dilithium, fortunately it's not wasted on this item, but still rather annoying.
Showing the upgrade window and stats on item:
Showing chat history with 5 tech's applied (5 Superior techs 5x 12,800 = 64,000)
Successfully submitted ticket ID #3,040,435.
UPDATE:
By sheer dumb luck, when upgrading that beam from mk13 to 14 between crits and accelerators the beam is now at exactly 128k/128k to upgrade, 100%. And AGAIN I must add more dil and tech to push it passed 128k. If this was intended, it sure doesn't make much sense to me, 100% means, full, finished, complete. the state of being done and ready to go in the cooker. Too lazy to post another screenie today, but I do have one if needed. Tired of committing so much play time to bug reports and forums posts about bug reports.
