Doffs - 2x evasive manuvers conn, 1x attack patterns, 2x BO Energy weapons
A simple decloack, try to kill, and then run with EptE3, Engines Battery, Evasive and APO3, and back to cloack build. If you don't get the kill, don't try to chase people, bc there are other predators like you, and youre a very very easy target to kill
These probably aren't the greatest builds ever and I need to go over them again and upgrade some of the gear but in a T5/T5U environment they ought to hold up.
I have a selection of science ones on the site as well if you guys feel these are up to standard, for example: http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/absolute-misery-vesta.html (Deflector could go Adv. fleet but it works) and at some point I'll get round to added secondary deflectors.
I took a deep look in your builds, I think I can take one of your Excel builds (the one with APO1) for good and have it on the front page. Just bring it on skill planner (not your website sorry) and dedicate a single post in here, which is going to be the one linked, where you explain how it works (power levels, how-to, whatever you feel is needed to know). Make sure to select the T5U or FT5U Excelsior.
I can't pick up the others though. Your sovi is mirror, so not T5U, Vesta is.... Well quite of a mess, I don't feel recommending it on the thread. I own the pack myself and used it in every possible combination (one of my fav ships after all ^^ ), yours could use some rework
Prometheus has an issue with the attack patterns: APO1 and 3 don't cycle very well, leaving huge mobility gaps. Try sorting that out with AP doffs.
Thanks!
I recommend keeping this one in the middle of a formation to make the most of it as it is designed to stand alone but also to take the pressure off a healer. The spec was pulled from an eng captain and is tuned thus however a tac played a little more cautiously will likely get as much or maybe more from the build.
If I may suggest a revamp, full cannon build, CRF3 on the Cmdr Tac, APO1, Romulan Engines for the Attack Pattern bonus, Undine deflectors ( + Dmg, Acc, Hp, ShP, intertial dampeners), Undine warp core ( +EngPow, MaxEngPow, E-->W, EngPow Drain resist, 2pc bonus on AP resist and Defense).
That's the outline of what I would do, I would do a skill planer link but don't currently have the time to do it. + I noticed that you have +Pla Exploiters on an AP build, don't know if this is a writing mistake or an ingame mistake. If its an ingame mistake you should get the right Exploiters (AP), or Locators if you go for an all cannon build.
On another subject, I found out that I have 960 Qmendations already turned in for the Dyson Sci Destroyer from the last Anniversary. So, does anybody got a good Sci Detroyer build?

Thanks for bringing that error to my attention, I've just corrected it, I have an unconventional build that might work http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/vaper-dyson.html the main focus in terms of killing power is the proton factor, I did some conceptual testing fedside when the Dyson ships came out so there is probably some work to be done here and a little more for tuning for Rom/KDF. I couldn't really think of anything else to do with it.
You could improve on that by making TT2 and BO2 into HYT2 and TS2 and then swapping APB for APO, then you can run EPtE with it's doff in place of A2B for a secondary escape option.
Here's the Temporal Science Vessel Build I've been running around with for a while. Modified with Delta Rising gear, but other than that it really hasn't changed much in the last year.

(running with Reciprocity. If you don't have it, get a Zemok
Guess what, I bought it! Straight out from the Fleet shipyard I finally got one of my dream ship, the ship class of the Enterprise-E that is, the Sovereign.
Traditional beam boat cruiser, however sturdier and more heavy hitting with that BO2.
There are T6 right, but nothing beats canon designs. T5U hull material makes it look just like the Enterprise-E in First Contact.

You cant do an overload off an Cutting Beam. Its there "just in case", if I need for some reason to stay longer in a fight.

Sovi:
http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/offensive-pvp-sovi.html (Could probably be tuned to be more effective but should work)
http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/offensive-pvp-sovi.html (I noticed an Oddy healer, I prefer the Sovi for the role as it's more mobile)
Excel:
http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/offensive-pvp-excel.html (Much like the Sovi version could likely use some tuning but it's proven effective for me in the past)
http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/support-pvp-excel.html (Pretty much the same as the offensive version but with more tools for compromising a target)
Prommy:
http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/pvp-prometheus.html (I'm not sure how well it would hold up now but it did take down a Wells in 1v1 back when they were new)

Yes, yes, it is using the Neutronic Torpedo, but I'm not using high yield or spread with it at all. Duty Officers are on the notes tab.
