Lost almost all of refined dilithium

I have lost all of the dilithium that i have collected on my 4 main toons. I am certain that i have refined more than 60,000 dilithium on each of my toons, science I have earned 50k of each on Crystalline event that was recently passed. this morning i checked my dilithium and it was only 85 on each toon. I can say i aproximatly lost more than 250k dilithium.

i have some new observations scince i have posted this thread. it looks like that i was TRIBBLE. scince i hada lot of activities on dilithium exchange yesterday that i have not don. i dont even remmber being online. maybe for a very short time.

HI, they only i can say is devs need to check what happend there, if they can't assure our assets, if someone can hack our account, that is an important thing they need to be check for avoid future problems with our account, they only i can said is that someone try to steal my account info the last month, thank god nothing happend, but Gms and dev need to check this, is an important thing to be done quickly, i Hope someone give you and answer in this matter to you fast.

Sina, sorry to hear about this situation. Hope you get your stuff back. Seems suspiscous that both Zen and Dil are gone. Hope we don't have to start taking pictures of all our toons daily to show what we had.

unless someone actually sit down to your pc is 0% chance an account is hackable even with the correct user/pw combinations

new pc's must be verify'd which means most likely your email got TRIBBLE in the first place as thats the only way to get access from other pc

or you bite on a nice trojan ( installed something "unofficial" stuff ) which not only stole your sto login but most likely all the rest of your stuff AND is running/working when your pc is on power

i would like to thank everyone for your helpful answer and support.
I also want to thank GM and Dev for helping me when it is not even their policy. I can see a lot of similar threads on forum these days. i would like to ask my friends to change their passwords and increase their account security. Let us Disappoint all of these loser hackers.
