Other toon 40 Photos ship

Hi devs, i can't claim a other breen heavy raiders ship on my other acccount toon it had worked with the first year ship and this year (t6) ship but not with the last year one, i would like to know if others have the same problem (by the way i have the breen heavy raiders (last year ship) claimed this year on one of my toon on this account)

is there anyone else with the same proble i have encounter?
