Combination of traits "Reactive Repair Nanites" and "Radiant Nanite Cloud" broken

Whenever i try to slot the starship traits "Reactive Repair Nanites" and "Radiant Nanite Cloud", the game freezes in any combat situtation. I am guessing there is some kind of problem with this combination inflicting some infinity errors regarding the repairs given to pets/player.

Reproduction:
1. I have only tried to reproduce this on my fed character Miduri flying a jem'hadar dreadnought
2. Slot the starship traits "Reactive Repair Nanites" and "Radiant Nanite Cloud" (breen carrier/dauntless)
2a. I use an A2B FAW build with Attack Patern Beta and the "Agent Nerul" DOFF who gives you hull leach while APB is active. Unsure if this is relevant to the bug.
3. Engage in combat (tried this both in single player argala and mp borg disconnected)
4. The bug only occurs if your hangar pets are within 5k of your target (otherwise Reactive Repair Nanites won't trigger)
5. Use some kind of heal ability on yourself (either from the nerul doff or a boff power like hazard emitters)
5. Once the trait triggers, the game will freeze.

This is really annoying, since the usage of these both traits in conjunction would make so much sense...

    Have also confirmed this issue, DEFINITELY Reactive repairs and Nanite Cloud. Had no other traits set. One or the other works fine as long as they're not paired. I also have the Agent Narul Doff equiped. Did not consider that until I read prior post. Will test shortly. Just on a hunch I watched system resources, my cpu is a bit old and doesn't like huge number crunching games but even during the actual lag we're talking about, my resource monitor claims cpu usage is not off the charts. Some mem spikes but nothing that lasts long.

    During lag I rarely dc but the event lasts 5+ minutes until the trait deactivates briefly. Complete lockup, unplayable.

    Actually first noticed some hangups with this probelm on my Phantom tho I cannot get it to occur right now In argala solo.

    Edit: Removing agent nerul made no difference, still full lockup.

    I can confirm this issue as well. When both starship traits are active, and I have fighters out, the game locks up and will eventually crash.

    It does not lock if either trait is inactive, or if both are active and there are no fighters launched. It appears to be a conflict when actually trying to heal the shields on the fighter.

    Same Issue as reported. Can not slot both if in combat game goes in looping rubber banding. All was fine till hit Mastery 5 on Breen Carrier in Argala. If i can break out of combat all is okay.

    I can confirm this happens, just did to me as I tested it.
