Graphics on Mac - Lots of Graphics Noise

With the latest update (December 23, 2014) I am now experiencing a lot of graphic noise (garbage) on screen. It gets progressively worse the longer I stay online, and after about five minutes, the entire screen becomes unreadable.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm on a Mac Mini with 4GB Ram running OSX 10.9.5.

It worked fine before the update, but now it is terrible.
