Level 18 Duty Officers not received

I levelled up a new character to 18 tonight, and did not receive the duty officer mini-pack for that level.

I have spent all my skill points so far, so that shouldn't be it.

in some rare occasions it happens that you don't receice rewards (Boff,Doff) right when you reach the beginning of the destinated Level, but also in the middle or the end of the Level.

Just to make sure, you also should check in the Missions menu under "Available" if this reward mini mission is there somewhere.

I'll check it tonight when I get home.

That said, I'm less than 1000 skill points from Level 20 when I logged off last night, so guessing the answer is no to both. I'll update when I know more.

So logged in, cleared my doff assignments, hit level 20 - and no doffs. Checked under available (both before and after hitting 20 - and no mission to talk to Ferra.

I'd say this is broken. Really should get looked at sometime - I don't personally care - I can farm a full roster quickly enough with my other alts, but this is the sort of thing that will certainly confuse and potentially anger newer players - rewards that are listed not being given out - never good.

Federation level 18 Duty Officer reward does not exist. Period.

This isn't a matter of "you get it later than you're suppose to". You never get the level 18 doff reward. I know this for a fact because my Fed character at that time is level 59 right now and I still haven't received it. I had received all duty officer rewards for all levels past 18 but never once got a doff pack when the level up rewards didn't say I was suppose to get it. My Talaxian is almost level 26 and still hasn't received his level 18 doffs.

There is no mission in the "In Progress" tab and talking to Lt. Ferra at Starfleet Academy does nothing.

Edit: Also a level up reward that's been around since the trait revamp: When my Talaxian reached level 10 he did have a new personal trait slot unlock but didn't receive the congratulations message and popup until level 12.

Sigh...over a year ago.

I guess I should give up all hope on this getting fixed.
