Missing R&D trait - Deft Cannoneer

Hi, having just levelled to 15 in my Cannons R&D school I seem to not have the trait that I should receive -deft cannoneer. This seems to be a bug as it is missing

Can you please sort this out? Many thanks,...

    Maybe you alredy tried this but logging out an in again or changing character could help. As i reached Lvl 15 in beam Weapons i also got no trait. I switched characters an logged out and in and there it was
