My player name is permanently missing from any PvP scoreboards

Dear STO - I play Star Trek online only for the PvP. I have another character (federation) with no issues - however with this character (romulan reman), - whenever I play PvP space battles - my score NEVER shows up on the game scoreboard at the end. This isn't just occasionally its every time so it is some kind of bug causing it.
This may not seem like a big issue to you but to me its everything because showing my score in PvP is important to me. Can you please let me know the problem and if possible resolve it? Many thanks,

    I belive your other characters are KDF aligned. My Klingon also doesn't show on the scoreboard

    you can bump all you want and probably earn a warn, but can you please provide a screenshot?
