Equipment placement issue

So I got some new fleet gear either yesterday or Wednesday and I know there have been loadout issues but when I change maps I sometimes get this: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=1D51A419418C36C7%211723 (please note the engines in the tactical console slot)

Am I the only person seeing this? Have I done something to really upset my game installation or..?
