fleet bank withdraw limit

I am forced to report an unusual event. I already contacted the customer care via email, but they said that I would have to report the bug here. For some days I am trying to retrieve some items from Fleet Bank. Despite being reported that I have a daily withdraw limit of 2 (correctly, I have not taken anything), I can not take items. Instead I can deposit items inside, action which I do every day.
I checked the permission with my fleet leader administrator, and he said that all permissions are regulars. Before the last patch I have had no problems: so, maybe it's something related with that one.
What's happen?

    From my own personal experience, if you deposit something in the fleet bank or, move around items it seems to count them as your daily withdraw.

    Don't know why but, this has been plaguing me for some time as well.

    I noticed this too: but the problem is that even if I have not deposit items in the fleet bank for a couple of days, I can not even pick them up. And this for the two characters that I own...

    Have you checked the rank and tab specific permissions? It's possible someone of higher rank removed the 'withdraw items from bank' permission from the rank you're at and nobody noticed. Alternatively, the permissions on the tab you're trying to withdraw from have been changed. Both are easily verifiable from your end (through the bank permissions, or the settings tab in the fleet window), so that should be something to check and confirm.
