R&D tabs don't switch to each other

You start on, say, 'Beams' and want to switch to 'Shields'. I click on Shields and the screen stays on Beams selections in the main window. Sometimes I have to keep clicking around to other categories - 'Ground Weapons', 'Science', etc - and reclicking the tab I want before it will finally bring up its selections in the main window. Extremely annoying.

    I've been having the same issue for a while. It's quite annoying when I'm trying to get my daily 6k XP projects started.
