    Hmm just seen on another thread that fresno is getting hammered with rain and power is out in much of the area. Not sure the network is there but i would think they had support locations in other parts of the country to keep the servers going.

    Go make a sandwich? LOL, the downtime was supposed to be appox 2.5 hours, and that elapsed 2.5 hours ago! That's not 'a sandwich' worth of downtime, that is a 5 course meal.

    I have asked Geko to alter the records so it will look like every single one of us has been in Argala for the last 4 hours instead of us all being unable to log in.

    My whole world has crumbled around me cause a game isn't back on line yet. Cryptic ruined my life, like forevers.

    The way it is looking that video may be shorter than this downtime turns out to be. 7 hours, that's a long video!

    They are having Login Server issues which is not a surprise since there had been issues throughout the week of lag and disconnect. I even had a moderator try to tell me it my computer/internet problem right before the crash happen.

    By Captain Smirk, Our Login Servers are experiencing some technical difficulties and this will delay our maintenance until a fix can be put in place. The team is investigating and will get the servers back up to full capacity as soon as they can. We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience to everyone whose play time this interrupted.

    The servers are located in Boston AFAIK.

    The patch server however is not, that is loacted at Cryptic HQ I think...

    So if they are experiencing blackouts, or short moments of powers loss that could be a problem, wich is out of Cryptic control, seeing as no one can control the weather...

    Probably been asked and answered a thousand times so I apologize for asking in advance...does anyone have any word yet on when servers should be coming back on and just cause i'm curious what happened? :confused:
