Our Login Servers are experiencing some technical difficulties and this will delay our maintenance until a fix can be put in place. As for my comment unfortunately I find myself in the position of wanting to play but having little to do in game. I used to spam elite pug ques. Cant do that now as advanced is too tedious and normal is too easy. Its an opinion shared by the majority of my rather sizable fleet
I can't even get passed the connecting to server screen, and unless something is down I never have any issues, lag or otherwise, they forgot to feed the hampsters again didn't they.....
Or the cat finally figured out how to open the door to the hamster cage...
I am an extremely dissatisfied customer at this point.
As a customer this is what I expect:
I expect deadlines to be met in a timely fashion and with no excuses.
I expect some sort of appreciation for my time and my money.
This is what I am getting:
Never on-time service using deflection and lies to cover it up.
No kind of appreciation or acknowledgement in shape or form, ever.(sales do not count as they are self-serving)
For over two hours I have been playing the "wait and see" game. I quit this game over two years ago because of issues exactly like this, I just came back four weeks ago, are they really going to put me through this again? Seriously? They still haven't learned a single thing. They have made no improvements in over two years. How is that even possible? Even a blind squirrel can find a nut sometimes. A darn shame that I decide to give this game another shot and then this happens... again. Is it fate? Destiny? I don't know, but I am none too pleased.
