Broken Bug Report Option?

I've tried twice on my account and also had my friend attempt to file a bug report in STO and we get ticket numbers but then when you check later or look up the ticket it's no where??

So if this is broken... I have to ask what's our preferred method of reporting bugs. I'm guessing now we have to come here since this appears to be the only option now??

So um is this broken or working as intended

I may be wrong, but I believe you only get a ticket you can look up yourself when you use the Report to a GM option. I only have one ticket I've submitted through the game itself in my history, and it was from a time I had to contact one because I got stuck.

Usually when I need a response to an issue, I submit through the website:

https://support.arcgames.com/app/games/detail/a_id/4423/p/100

And tend to get one fairly quickly that way.
