Some players might love the recent huge DPS increase of full auto rifles, butt honestly I think they're just totally broken right now. They deal more than double the DPS of a pulsewave and almost triple the DPS of any other ground weapon.
Example: My Lieutenant character is equipped with a crafted MK II full auto rifle, granted with triple DMG modifier, butt still it's ridiculous (171.5 DPS base)! Not even some of my MK XIV ultra gear can do that much DPS on my main! Sumfin must have gotten edited.

Are you sure it's not a tooltip display bug? Since the actual damage pershot is unchanged? I would have thought that if it was really that high, they would have emergency patched it by now...
Yeah, these seem pretty ridiculous right now. A team using four full autos completely decimated Bug Hunt Elite. BHE is an easy mission to begin with, but I've never seen one over as quick as that.
Did the compression rifle actually benefit from the firing rate increase? I assume that's what was intended to get it.

IIRC, all ground weapon damage is autohit unless enemy has dodge. I don't think many (if any) NPCs have dodge.

You'de think so but I found the full auto rifles to be slightly less usable that the minigun in it's exploit attack, which is 1 hit followed by at least 5 misses (unbuffed attack).

You must be using it in shooter mode, otherwise RP mode they don't miss unless there is no enemies left, while still completing it cycle!
Well, I pretty much obliterate enemies with a full away team of autorifles right now, and that never has been the case before. I think it's not only a tooltip issue.

I don't use cumbat log purrsers, butt sumbuddy could really do this, I wunder how much it's affecting ground gameplay in STF's for example (BHE or so). Right now it's still doing "terrible terrible damage".

Yea seeing 235 DPS, then in the 300+ when a Tac is with the team, was quite a surprise.
Had to bring out my ol' full auto Omega, and have a good time on Dyson Ground.
Noticed the new Delta Infused ones seem to pack more of a punch, just tearing threw the dinos.
But yea Cryptic, please fix this as I'm sure it's not intended, but it's damn fun.

Seems to be doing tremendous dmg these days.
I suggest you don't rely on it, as it is likely to be a bug.

Yay! In before whining about them being nerfed when they never should've been buffed in the first place. :P
Verified as they are doing too much damage. There is a fix inbound, but I don't know when it will be live.

They only do 12x more damage than other ground weapons, since it's not 17x more we should be safe.
NOOO - Don't fix it. Its not a bug - its a FEATURE :-)
