How long is posting ban?

I have been banned from posting on the Neverwinter forums due to having a new account(been playing STO for over a year now. . .), and need help. I managed to download Neverwinter, and I can log in. Every time I try to create a character it will play a long cinematic and then crash. Anyone know what the problem is? Also, how long will I be banned from the Neverwinter forums?

    If you have a standing PWE forums account and are using the same account you use here there shouldn't be a "ban" or restriction at all.

    Yes there is a restriction on posting on all the forums.
    Just because you have a forum account in this forum does not mean you have one in the rest.
    When you log in for the first time in the neverwinter forums you are given the same restrictions as a silver account on this forum as neverwinter has no life-time account option or sub option like there is for STO.
