Console - Universal - Torpedo Point Defense System

Hi.

I have Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier 5-U , and I can't equip this, however description say, I can equip on this ship.
I play on: Perfect World, Server: Harshland, Username: Tutmozis, Class: Archer ( level 43+ ), Faction:

    No, you can't. Don't be fooled by the striking similarity in the names....these are different ships.

    "Heavy Escort Carrier" (Akira) is not the same as "Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier".
    You can't use that special console on any ships except the Akiras.

    You can't use a Federation special "ship-class only"*** console on a different faction's ship.

    ***Ship-class-only does not apply to cloaking consoles.

    Edit: Here is the link to the console page. You can click each ship where it can be used. None of them is Jem'Hadar.
