Crypticfrost Please Help INVESTIGATING

Before anyone say's anything I had a issue with my DS9 pack I deleted the DOFF's, ground weapons, shuttle and shuttle pet I have nothing in my inventory or my bank preventing me from reclaim it but when I try to reclaim it on one toon it won't let me. It show's up I can reclaim it on ground maps but can't because it tells me I can't purchase it and in space makes it say's I already have the bundle I have tried logging out completely and restarting the game but can't reclaim it.

The funny thing is the game seems to think my Federation Trill is KDF aligned because it won't let me claim the Federation side so I get m shuttle instead it only wants to allow me to claim the KDF side which is just the weapons and doffs

I'd suggest double checking that you got all the DOffs. If you're sure you got them, let me know the name@handle and I'll see if I can help.

I will double check again just to be triple sure

Cryptic double triple and quadruple checked there is nothing there. Spaced out all of the letters to prevent spambots

I can't find anything from the pack still on a copy of your character that I pulled, nor anything else that should keep the character from getting the pack. I've sent the issue on to Software to see if they can figure out what's wrong. I have no E.T.A. for how long that might take.

thank you Crypticfrost for passing this along. I also just found another bug the Season 1 TNG uniform when you set your rank color it also switches the color of your combadge as well

I'm also having this problem too, removed all items but can not reclaim it.

I can not reclaim the KDF either.
