Zen Purchase through Steam

Hi, perhaps someone can assist me - Today on November 27th Thanksgiving day, I purchased 500 Zen in game through Steam. I normally use Steam to buy all my Zen, however; today I received a weird and awkward message all in red.

It stated that all my items will be bound until my payment method can be verified. Should I be concerned? Afterall I always used my VISA Credit/Debit Card for all my Zen purchases because my card is registered through Steam.

Has anyone on the forums experienced the same thing when using the "Buy Zen" tab in game while running the STO launcher through Steam?

This is part of the new probation system, which is designed to auto-flag all Steam Wallet purchases and places you on a probation period till they can confirm the purchase (it takes about 30 minutes, but you may be on probation for as long as 15 days). This will happen every time you purchase through steam wallet, I can confirm this because I've been flagged 4 times using steam wallet but using the same paypal and ARC i was not flagged. So yeah, you've done nothing wrong, they just have a badly designed security system that prevents nothing but your ability to enjoy Zen as you desire.

I just downloaded Steam today to take advantage of the bonus zen, put the money in my wallet but cannot find an option to purchase zen when clicking on buy zen from the c store. Is there some sort of trick I am missing?

When I click Buy ZEN in the C-Store, all I get is a blank window with steam wallet on top, so nothing can be done to purchase ZEN using steam wallet. This has been going on for a week and the same thing occurred on my other computer. When are Steam and PWE going to fix this?
