Battle of Korfez: Fire at Will not targeting Trilithium Torpedoes

The trilithium torpedoes aren't targeted by Fire at Will. If this is intentional, it should be made clear somewhere (i.e. Bridge Officer pop up or earlier in Kim's brief) to avoid player frustration/confusion.
