exchange problems

seems the exchange is having issues again tryin to buy stuff and all i get is Unable to make this purchase. Please try again later and iv waited 20 mins and tryed again still get the same problem

    Are you trying to buy a bridge officer?

    If so, make sure that you have enough space on your reserve list. Most likely your list is full and you can't buy them in that case.

    This is the only instance of where I've run into that particular message.

    tryin to buy a MK XII hull armor for my toon and i keep gettin hit with that

    What is the exact item name and quality that you're trying to buy? Do you have enough inventory space? Do you have enough EC? What sub tabs do you have selected? What other filters (quality/rank) do you have turned on? Can you buy other items?

    The answers to those questions are relevant to the developers as well. Just telling them that "It doesn't work" doesn't give them enough information to look into it for you and verify the cause of it.

    exchange is very slow. almost stopped.

    cryptic, are you going to do something with exchange laggs? on weekends i have to spent an hour of my playing time just to put to or buy from exchenge. time to do something.. it lasts from DR release...

    The exchange does work.

    When 2 people are trying to buy the same item, the first one who clicks gets it. The others screen doesn't update to remove said item.

    So you get the Unable to purchase warning. Now imagine this scenario when 10% of the 8K+ active players at noon today are on the exchange. Right now.

    This is COMMON when you're buying the lowest value item on any day when lots of new players try the game. Like a sunday. During the Winter event.

    Try buying a higher priced version.
