Active Space and Ground Duty Officers are Broken.

Active Space and Ground Duty Officers are NOT staying locked in active duty.
Space and Ground active duty Doffs are being wiped clear when zoning in and out of STFs and galaxy zones, having to keep reloading them each time I change zones or STFs. :mad:

    This is also an issue for me and I am not seeing it on the list of known bugs yet.

    This also happens to me whenever I switch ships or load ship set-up profiles while on the ground. The only consistent fix I've found is edit, save, and load ship profiles only while in space.
