Some Nukara/Sonic weapons lose [Sonic] on upgrade

Some of the Nukara rep Sonic weapons lose their [Sonic] when trying upgrade and becomes regular Antiproton weapons. Full Auto Rifles seems to always be affected.

    I can confirm that the [Sonic] mod/proc tends to disappear when upgrading these Nukara weapons.
