Weird black cut plane in ESD since Club was added

This takes place near the ship selection/vendor area, specifically if you go past them to the little observation area where Malcolm Sissel is standing. It is just a flat black cut plane that is visible from certain angles. I found a spot where I could see it, then move the mouse just slightly so it disappeared.

Where'd ESD go?!?!

Oh look, its back!

There is a second smaller area off to the left as you are looking out towards the 'ships' in the Spacedock.
