Assault Kit Module - Neutronic Grenade Mk 12
This item will not attach or will it drop onto my Tactical Kit and item is not highlighted even when my RRF Tactical Officer Admiral 59 / Diplomatic Rank Consul / Male access through "U" command.

Faction: Romulan
Alliance: Yes / Federation
Date: 11.21.14
Time: 2:50 PM

    Do you have a high enough level of points spent in the Intel spec tree yet.

    You need 8 points for common/white modules, 13 points for uncommon/green, 18 points for rare/blue modules, and 27 for very rare/purple modules.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!

    Your talking about the intelligence officer slots right? So these are tried into that tree? Wow I wish I had known. Thanks for letting me know..

    Wait can't be the the issue I am seeing it on my other non-delta rep kits too. Highlight the ship they highlight. Highlight Adm nope!

    Found out what the issue is I need to get a Delta Expedition Science Kit once I use that it worked!
