Intrepid Bridges not Available on Risian Corvette

I am unable to use either Intrepid bridge on my Risian corvette. All my other purchased bridges are available, except the Intrepid. I have tried switching ships, and my other ships can use the Intrepid bridges. Logging out and back in also had no effect.
