BO costume choices not updating after purchase

I am a Romulan tactical captain who went Federation
Romulan BOs that I received while leveling up show the Federation allegiance costume options in the tailor.
The tactical and engineering Romulan BOs which I bought on the exchange show the Federation allegiance costume options in the tailor.
However, The science Romulan BO which I purchased off the exchange does not show the Federation allegiance costume options in the tailor.
It's obviously just cosmetic but now I cant have my away team all in the same uniform. It is rather annoying. 6 million EC for a BO which is bugged.
This happening to anyone else?
