Plasma Hyperflux keeps disappearing from tray

I've run Plasma Hyperflux on a few toons and on several ships. On all of them, zoning causes the Plasma Hyperflux to disappear from my powers tray.
Saving the ship build and reloading it doesn't seem to help either.
Can this please be looked at?
