Dyson Costume not unlocking female parts!

Well, I unlocked the Dyson Fleet Spire costume on my Female Orion, and It worked fine, got the skirt, boots, pants, everything.
However, when I tried to unlock it on my Male Liberated Borg character, it did NOT unlock the Skirt or Knee-High boots on that character, so I cannot use them on my female Bridge Officers.
