cant get voyager interior?

i already had the intrepid, bellpheron etc

went and bought the new tier 6 and now dont have the abillty to use the new interiors

as an "inrepid pack" didnt show up i thought i already had it.....do i?

doesnt matter as the interior options for my intrepid have dissappeared since buying the new tier 6

is it impossible to get the interiors now?

OK, you may have just bought the Pathfinder without bridge and interior. Check the c-store under discounted packs. Hopefully you still have the option to buy the Pathfinder WITH bridge and interior. It'll set you back 3500 zen.

Here is the CS response to the problem of me trying to give them more money by resolving the issue:

I can confirm that purchasing a separate ship disables the ability to purchase the pack for your account. Since you purchased the Pathfinder Long Range Science Vessel on your account, you will not be able to purchase any of the packs with the interiors at this time.

check your other Fed TOONs . i ran into this yesterday , on my main i can only access the bridge on my pathfinder, its not avail on any other ship .
while my fed eng i can put the bridge on my MVAM . so something is amiss on how this gets accessed .

hi, due to reading incorrectly i purchased the tier 6 pathfinder after being led to believe that as i already the intrepid retrofit i would get the interiors.
but that appears to be incorrect.
i have been told i now need to buy the full pack that includes everything, however it is not availble in my store anymore. can i get this refunded in order to buy the more expensive pack?

Just as I thought. Well I would like to pay to get the more expensive one. ( I.e I would like to pay your company more money to get the right item)

Is it not possible to remove the item from my account.
Then refund the zen to my account (the currency isnt going anywhere as the currency is locked to STO)
Then as my account no longer has the pathfinder it will not flag.
All the packs will then be available and I just buy the correct one with my existing zen and some more that I buy.

Its just an item removal. The same as when you take items from accounts for fraud, gold sellers etc.

I made a genuine human mistake based on information in the STO forums and the release notes for the new ship wasnt clear. As a loyal customer I have ploughed hundreds of $'s into this game possible even more than a thousand as it has been a good product and service. I really would like a solution other than "all sales are final".
Could you please refer this to a GM or someone with game database access.

I worked it out 40,000+ zen purchased, lifetime at full price, sub for 6 months and delta pack also.....man all that and they wont undertake a minor alteration to help a customer....really losing faith

"By game design, if you have purchased a ship, any/all existing packs or bundles that includes that ship can no longer be purchased or seen as available from the C Store.

This confirms that this is a design flaw that needs resolving.

1: Either allow pack purchase (fyi guys you can rake in more money)
or
2: Like other MMO's allow deletion of purchased items

Would have also helped if it actually told you about this limitation upfront too.

It must have been an oversight of this limitation that wasnt taken into account when they included a unique item with only the pack and not the individual.
