I double click the icon my desktop and it says trying to update be patient. It tries 5 times and cannot connect. And the moment it did, ir wouldn't load. I hope this is fixed before the maint. tonight, otherwise I will be screwed out of 8500 refined Dilithium for today.

    Hate to say this but try either

    A: reinstalling ARC, or;

    B: launching the game directly from the STO launcher in your games folder.

    Doing this usually fixes it fo rme... good luck.

    Got into the character select screen and the server wasn't responding. So I guess its yet another server issue.

    You are attempting to use the application known as "Star Trek Online." Doing so is using the game for its unintended purpose, i.e. "Logging In," and is considered an exploit.

    Tell me something: If you are one of just a very few people who are having issues, and everyone else is fine, what is more likely:

    1: That the servers are down/having issues/are broken

    2: Something between you and the servers is the problem.

    Let me save you some thinking time: The answer is 2.

    IF there was a general server issue, the forums would be burning with flames and demands for compensation... And since they are not... well...
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    Let me get this straight:

    Cryptic, who has COMPLETE control over the connections between the servers and your computer, is TRIBBLE you because you can't connect? So, if a tree falls on the cable coming into the house, and Geko doesn't send someone to fix it, I can claim they are TRIBBLE me out of 8500 dil? How far up the line can I make this claim without sounding silly, when most everyine else is still playing as usual? Where should I file that claim? What? You mean someone ELSE has control over fixing my broken Internet Connections?
