Starbase Fleet Defense - Bridge Officer Name/Portrait Mismatch

When entering the Starbase Fleet Defense PvE mission, a dialogue window appears, containing the briefing for the mission.
The NPC used for the briefing has the portrait/appearance of my Tactical Officer, but is given the name of my Science Officer.
Reproduction steps:
1. I logged into game as my Federation character, Zhang
2. In the Duty Officer Head window's Department Heads tab, I set a Human Female Tactical BOff ("Barber") as the head of the Tactical Department, and an Alien Male Science Officer ("Remara") as the head of the Science Department.
3. I queued for and entered the Starbase Fleet Defense PvE mission
4. The briefing dialogue window appears, with Barber's portrait but Remara's name.
