Is anyone else getting this error when trying to buy ZEN on the website?

cardnumberFld, There was a problem charging your credit card. (unknown)

I checked with my bank, and my card is fine. In fact, PWE never even tried to charge it.

    I have opened a support ticket. Of course, the first thing they asked me to do was reboot, lol. Shockingly, that didn't resolve their website issue. So, maybe they will actually look at it now.

    Same is happening in CO. So it's all Cryptic games.
