Master Index of Known Issues

I've noticed that the "Master Index of Known Issues" has been empty for the past month.

Does that mean that Cryptic feels that they have solved any and all issues, and that any complaints by the players will be disregarded?

    agree that it would be nice to see the list of known issues populated.
