Launcher not saving Full Screen checkmark

No matter how many times I try the launcher will not save Full Screen checkmarked.
If I load the game in a window then alt-enter or just maximize window to make it full screen my pointer aim is slightly off.
This only started happening recently, and I have no idea why.

Which I wouldn't mind except as soon as I change anything in graphics options everything is set back to some default and I have to manually adjust it all every time I log in.
