Beach Comber Outfit Clipping Badly

The title pretty much explains it. I just noticed this issue today. The top looks fine, but the shorts leave me a little...exposed.

As you can see, there are sections of the texture missing. I have only noticed this issue on this particular outfit. I made some minor body adjustments and the texture is still half missing. As you can probably tell, I was just standing around in ESD when I noticed this.
If this belongs in the standard bug section, would a mod please more it.
