Trainig Bug BO3 on Romulan Tac Officer Fed side

Hi!

After not been allowed to post on my own account, I have to go this way:

My char Zelterin@einzelter has a serious Boff training problem.
I can not train BO3 on my Tactical BOs anymore.

I got 3 diffrent BOs with BO3 now, all dont give me on this toon the *Train up* selection,
they just offer the *join* option.

This happens only on my Tac BOs, the Sci and Engi BOs offer still the Train up option.

Please have a look into this, and btw why cant i post a Bug Report immediatly, w/o *earning*

the privelege in posting some comments on the forum?

as said, im not allowed to post here atm (?) so i nneded someone to help me out

thanks for your time, the workaround that s.one else could train my boff doesnt work with the delta boffs,

they are char bound.

If the tac boffs you are trying to use to train with, are not romulan/reman.

Than you must first have, an already active non-romulan/reman species boff on your active duty roster, before you can use a differing species to train with.

By default, only romulan/reman boffs can train romulan reman boffs if, that is the only species of active boffs on your roster.

The only exceptions are captains & boff trainers, otherwise you need a differing species of the same class, before using a different species to train romulan/reman boffs.

Example say a human tac boff has BO3 and, this is who you want to use as a trainer, than you need at least 1 active fed or kdf species tac boff, (dependant on your faction) already on your active roster.

Like say, in the case of the fed human you wish to train from, well pop in say a Vulcan tac boff on active duty (even if you get rid of him afterwards) and, viola now you can use the human to train a romulan/reman tac boff but, only so long as you keep the other species boff active as well so, the moment you get rid of the Vulcan you can no longer use other species to train with, until you pop in a fed species again.

Same thing applies to KDF boffs!
