The complete lack of any remorse or apology from the Minbari for their attempted xenocide is one of the big sticking points of the setting, yes. I consider it a major weakness considering the Centauri spend the entirety of the series run being screwed over, and for a long time afterwards as the various glimpses of the future show, for 'merely' enslaving the Narn and being generally imperialist a-holes.
Pretty sure only the absolute craziest of Narn wouldn't take the Centauri over total species obliteration because due to 'Minbari honour'.
It gets ever more disgusting when we have an entire episode of that poor PTSD and guilt ridden guy actually wanting forgiveness from the Minbari.
neroon was a character, he had his ideals and his way, but when confronted by the unexpected he rather enjoys it in an unexpected way. he did it with sinclare, marcus, sheridan and delenn, each time coming away with a lot more purpose then where he started. despite his complete lack of regard for his enemies, they ultimately turn out to be his one great hope each time. however most minbari follow a specific pattern in their means, they are not forgiving and very religious to the idea of valen from which minbari council and caste is set on. but like any political creature, power corrupts and always will do so until they get a bucket of cold water chucked on them by dalenn of course :P. the minbari for the most part changed their tune with sheridan pretty quickly after the opening few months, it was further reinforced when the isa was formed and where it was then located.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.

I liked Neroon, he was a very well developed character
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

The Defient has a cloak, which makes ambushing the Whitestar much easier.
Even better Sisko has access to the Orb of Time, he can go back in time and make sure Shiridan is never born.
As for the Shadows, they weren't malevolent exactly, they didn't look down lower life forms or hate them like the Paw-Wraiths or fear them like Changelings, they were trying to guide them into evovling faster via conflict if I remember correctly, in a sense tough love. I have weird feeling that the Shadows are actually more like the Iconians in STO.
Now a cool battle would be Changelings vs. Paw-wraiths. vs. Stargate Wraiths vs. Ga'oulds vs. Shadows vs. Cylons vs. Gau vs. Star Trek Parasites as the master manupilutors of sci-fi.

lol The Sisko doesn't have to go back in time he can just make their whole fleet disappear with a single thought. Then if the others say what has been removed must be put back then he could say okay fruity pebbles mixed with knockoff sci fi alien fleet cereal.
Babylon 5 and The Original Series both air during the same time period. So how about Captain Sheridan vs. Captain Kirk. Both had a relationship with at least one hot alien babe that looks too close to the human model.

Sheridan wins. Whereas Kirk seems to be an alien-babe-of-the-week magnet, Sheridan managed to court and win the lady who was so angry she ordered the war that nearly wiped out humanity. Not easy to do when you're the one human her race continues to hate. Not only that, but he gained so fierce a loyalty from her, that she defended him admirably and repeatedly to humanity, even to a new generation decades after his passing.
