Omega outfit unlock?

I reached tier 5 Omega, completed the projects for all three pieces of Omega ground gear, and it unlocked the costume for the most part.. but it seems to be missing the helm/shoulder options. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

    Now go back into the Tier 5 Rep system select the project for the Omega outfit. Also make sure you have gathered all the 3 pcs for it too. Then visit your favorite tailor.

    I have all three pieces, but I don't see any project for an outfit unlock. Has anyone else had the problem I originally posted and found a solution to it?

    I believe the helmet is in the head options. As for the shoulders... Not sure.

    You are right, but neither of those options exist for me even though I have the stuff all unlocked.

    double check to see if they are all XII lvl as well and if you did the accolades as well the Omega/M.A.C.O. sets are weird like that.

    also (and i may be wrong with this, don't quote me on it) i believe the outfit unlock is under upgrades, not projects.
