Bug whit Galor ship and Assimilated shield Mk XIV

Cardassian Galor and Assimilated Shield Mk XIV don't have the correct stats during space combat.

Galor has T5 stats instead T5U max level and Assimilated shield has Mk XII stats instead Mk XIV.
