Delta Operations Pack unavailable for purchase

Hello Gentlemen

I tried within the last two days to purchase the Delta Operations Pack but received the error
"Unable to complete the transaction> That item cannot be currently purchased. This was from in game ground Zen. Any ideas.

    New twist. Was able to purchase on one tune but cant be claimed on any other. Same error message.

    So are you trying to purchase it on two different accounts or two different characters? If it is on two different characters, then you can claim the ships and other items on your other characters.
