    rom plasma and corrosive plasma DBBs have been bugged for ages. has nothing to do with upgrade system. they are just broken and have no procs has been bug reported, confirmed and apparently fixed BUT this is the 2nd patch since fix was done and according to patch notes still hasnt made it live.
