Kinetic Cutting Beam losing dmg when upgraded.

A friend linked me hers Mk14 VR Emo beam, and i was kinda baffled when i saw that my UR Emo beam actually had less dmg than it, despite having an extra DMG mod on it.

    UR version seems to have a 'hidden' [pen] mod

    nah probably some trait the player has... if you look both have 2 set bonus but only the UR has it listed on the tooltip...
