Mirror Universe Normal Portals Slow Down/Stop Spawning

The portals in the pve queue "Mirror Invasion Normal" Stop Spawning atfer the station reaches level 5 defense.

Around 20 to 27 portals get closed by the time it reaches level 5 and 5 minutes remain on the
"time remaining" countdown to thhe dreadnought phase.

1. Logged into any character open to mirror invasion (fed,kdf,rom of all classes)

2. Queued from pve menu, created private queues, and was invited to other private mirror queues

3. Entered the match and proceeded to close rifts and recharge the station for 6 minutes.

4. around the 5 minute "time remaining" mark, the station if at level 5 and the rifts start appearing less frequently.

5. the rifts spawn one at a time until the "20 rifts closed range" where at 20-27 closures the rifts stop spawning altogether.

It's very annoying running it on 12 characters resulting in almost one hour of mirror idle time.
12 toons times 5 minutes per mission (of doing nothing waiting for timer to run out)
equals 60 minutes of my life wasted per day :( (now im just ranting).

    Seems last year's patch is not working well. Well, at least something spawns.

    about 1/4 of the games I'm in that happens, I'd say less than 1/4, more like 1/8, it's not that common. but not rare either.

    but it's not that the rifts stop, it's that I've got 1-3 minmaxers on my pug team, sometimes in winboat scimitar setups, who have decided it's their job to go from rift to rift closing them. they basically get ahead of spawn (very quickly I might add)

    I don't know, if this case was adjusted for it might TRIBBLE up portal spawn for when there is some other mix of people on the team, it would be far worse if it was something most people couldn't keep up with

    these players should probably be playing in the advanced que, but they dont. probably because advanced is too big a difficulty jump or the rewards just aren't there. if they advanced version gave 2 tokens, I'll bet the que would liven up

    just park in the center and enjoy the break, charge up the stations shields, usually there's a couple people on the team to energetically race to the few rifts that pop up to close them, kill anything that makes it to the station.
