Please buff the Neutronic Torp

In order for the Neutronic torp to compete with other newly released items from Delta Rising I feel it needs a decent-sized buff. Compared to a single cannon volley (not even the full cycle) with Surgical Strike for 50k, a Plasma Lance for 100k, or some epic beam overload with +100 CrtD with an Acc and Dmg mod as well, I…
