loosing items out of my Tray area

my ships tray keeps reverting back ever since the major update on delta rising i am seeing this on my account and my wife's account it will loose as soon as we been away form the ship

I have had this same issue with 3 of my toons, I haven't really tried on any of my others. Same issue though and started at the same time when new EXP came out.

I have the same issue with the new INTEL ships only. The others have no problems (e.g. Guardian Cruiser).
