Unable to sell Zen on the Dilithium exchange

I got feedback from CS that I should file this here, ticket ID has already been filed: #2,865,901.
Since i upgraded to lifetime membership last week (Thursday or Friday, I forget exactly when), I have been unable to sell zen on the dilithium exchange. I get a message that I'm temporarily unable to.
Reproduction steps:
1. I logged into my Federation character, Jeremy@jtregunna
2. I am in any arbitrary sector block
3. I open my inventory
4. Click on assets
5. Click on exchange under dilithium
6. Click on sell zen in the modal that pops up afterwards
7. Note in red text below the text fields a message telling me that due to spending on my account, it has been temporarily banned from selling zen.
