Rarity upgrade bug?

After getting all my gear to Mk XIV for my space items, I notice that there is some strange numbers when upgrading the rarity...

For Example: when doing an upgrade in ESD orbit I see this with the Gravimetric Torp:

Saw the same thing with the Adv. Fleet AP Beam weapon I use:

Is this some display bug or something with the rarity upgrade.

    Interesting how it (appears?) to lose its 6% CrtH and the resulting modifier on the Ultra Rare torp is [???].
