(BUG) Eclipse Intel Cruiser (T6) ability tray not saving

Reproduction steps:
1. Logged into my Federation Engineer with an Eclipse Intel ship (T6)
2. From Starfleet Academy, beamed up to Sol System Space
3. Setup tray, equipment, Boff's & Doff's and saved to load out (name)
4. Beamed immediately back to Starfleet Academy
5. Beamed back up to Sol System Space and load out is not saved with the tray missing several space abilities.
Tried a couple of forum work around's and after today's patch, they are not working.
The following tray positions are not saving: A2 A3 A4 A5 A9 A0 / C1 C2 C3 C4 C6 C7 / 3
Dismissed the Eclipse and re-claimed it. Reset everything and saved to new load out. Same issues as above but even a few more tray positions missing now.

This does seem to affect different positions for different ships. I have 11 ships on a single avatar, I can't list all the various errors.
Sadly to say and I can't understand Cryptic nor the gaming industry in general, but if any employee or team makes the same mistake each time in a factory or other private company, in such way that it infects the quality of the product, the reliability of the services, they would get a warning at first and sacked if the lack of commitment continues. Excuses as "It's a game" or "It's software and it might go wrong" aren't at order. At the end, if you offer it free or by payment, the result remains a product, even if it is software.
